About Bee and Tony

Bee Milbourn SQHP. MNCH(Lic). LNCP. MANLP. LAPHP. DipNMC
Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master & Trainer, Life Coach, SFBT Psychotherapist

Hi, my name's Bee Milbourn and I enjoy helping people to improve their lives.

My life has turned around totally in the last 15 years.  At 45 I was unexpectedly left with 2 teenagers to look after and no job or even a career to fall back on.  I started to study personal development because I realised I needed an emotional MOT.  My MOT turned into a major overhaul.  The more I practised what I learned, the more my life began to change.  Not quickly, I'll admit.  It took me 10 years to get to where I was completely happy with the way I was thinking, feeling and acting on a consistent basis.

For the last few years I have been delighted to use these learnings to help others to change those things in their lives which were not working well for them; whether that was to sort out an unwanted behaviour, a negative mindset, a fear or phobia or a problem in the field of relationships, career or health.

My mission is to help people understand that we can choose our responses and attitudes and that's what makes the difference between a fulfilling life and a drab or even dreadful one.

The techniques I use to help others are Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Patterning) either face-to-face or on the telephone.

In my free time, I enjoy: gardening, garden and home design, reading, hanging out with friends and family, travelling and personal development seminars.

Bee

Anthony J Bennett DHP. MNCH(Lic). LNCP
Clinical Hypnotherapist, SFBT Psychotherapist

Hello I’m Tony and, like Bee, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.

My skills are in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SBFT) which just means that we focus on finding solutions to a client’s needs as quickly as possible and don’t find it helpful to dwell overlong on what may be painful events or past memories. I enjoy it so much because it is a positive therapy which enables people to be themselves, or the selves they know deep down they can be when they are not getting in their own way!

People come to see me because I can help them to increase confidence, reduce anxiety and enhance their performance.  In my life I have been a successful entrepreneur with all the ups and downs that brings in its wake. I have been made redundant, had health challenges, and relationship difficulties. I didn’t realise at the time that all these experiences were just the universe training me to be able to help people in my late life in a really effective way.

I especially enjoy helping those people who are experiencing the stresses of starting or coping with a rapidly expanding business or those who may be challenged by the changes in their lives brought about by unexpected redundancy or retirement.

Bee and I hope that by sharing our experience and knowledge with you we will help you to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.

Tony
