When was the last time you had a really good laugh?  Do you laugh every day?  Once a week ... a month?  There's lots of evidence to prove how good laughter is for our health and wellbeing.

Where do you start if you're out of practice with laughter?  Where can you find inspiration?  Has life become too serious?  It’s easy to get into a pit of worry with all the doom and gloom news on the TV lately, so think what would tickle you.  Learning to laugh again takes practice.

The Secret | A Recipe for Life

If you have seen the ‘The Secret’ (and if you haven’t, I recommend you find out about it here) you will know that in 1992 Guru Jack Canfield was feeling poor.  He was making ends meet, quite nicely by some standards.  Up to that point he had been a high school teacher, a psychotherapist, a corporate trainer, and a success coach, but he hadn’t quite found the recipe for life that would propel him into the income super league that his grand sounding title of Chairman of the Board of The Foundation for Self-Esteem and advisor to the California Legislature tasked to Promote Self-Esteem and Personal and Social Responsibility really demanded.
