There is much written about how to act more confidently and I'm all in favour of acting. For a few people that pretence turns to a real sense of self-confidence and they can eventually become naturally easy with most circumstances. However, lots of people tell me that even though they are very good at pretending and their friends, family or colleagues think they are completely confident; in reality they are full of anxieties on the inside.
