Do you know anyone who is still struggling to stop smoking?
Giving up needn't be a struggle. The reason that it seems like a struggle is that we are fed the idea that nicotine is a highly addictive substance that's difficult to quit. We worry that when we do quit we will crave cigarettes forever after or that we'll put on loads of weight. (See the end of this article for a FREE Report on just these subjects)
There are easy ways - if you really want to quit. Let's look at the NHS options:
One of the benefits of the NHS option is that there is lots of help, support and advice free of charge. There is a wealth of knowledge waiting for you to just pick up a phone and attend a few meetings. They now offer one-to-one help as well as group therapy. If you just used patches or gums you'd have a very slight chance of giving up but with some help and support from the NHS on the way, you do raise your chances of quitting.
